Program Description

This is your chance to learn how to upcycle unused paper scraps into works of art. When you are finished you'll have a beautiful piece of jewelry that you can keep or give to someone special! Kits will become available for pickup on Tuesday, April 12th at Veterans Memorial Library in Mt. Pleasant. Please allow a few days extra time for delivery to branch locations.
