Program Description

Learn more about Germany through cooking and reading! Our good friends Daniella and Veronica,  native speakers and current community residents, have helped us put together a special kit for you full of items that remind them of home. In your kit you’ll receive a dual-language Grimm's Fairytale Storybook as well as the recipe and ingredients to make delicious Kartoffelpuffer (German potato pancakes)!

Please register only once per family.

Kits will be available to pick up at your library branch starting on July 8, registered kits not picked up within seven days will be distributed to patrons on the waitlist.

Not included in kit: 2 large eggs and oil for frying
