Inform community about Central Cat Coalition's mission, goals, and progress towards meeting established goals.

CCC is a grassroots TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) program that was established to manage the overpopulation of community cat colonies in Mt Pleasant through the use of humane live traps, sterilization, vaccinations, and ear-tipping.
