How to Give

The Chippewa River District Library's Next Page capital campaign provides a variety of opportunities to help expand your library and make it a destination where our citizens can come together to improve our community.

  • Cash

Your generous check, payable to the Chippewa River District Library (CRDL) Building Fund, will be an investment in the future of our community.

  • Pledge

To maximize your support of the campaign, you may choose to make a pledge, payable over the next three years.

  • Credit Card

For your convenience, the Library is able to accept one-time or recurring credit card payments. Our safe, online system is set up to protect your privacy and offers automatic payments or friendly reminders.  Please to make your donation using your credit card.

  • Gifts in Honor or Memory of...

Individual, family or business gifts, made in someone's honor or memory, offer a wonderful opportunity to recognize that person in a special way.

  • Gifts-in-kind

Gifts-in-kind, that is, providing services, materials, equipment, etc. toward construction are welcome.  Gifts-in-kind must be approved and, when accepted, will be coordinated by the architect/construction manager during the construction process.

  • Securities

Gifts of appreciated securities are welcome and may provide significant tax advantages, depending on the donor's financial situation.

  • Other gifts

Gifts of real property, including real estate, art, etc. will be evaluated and accepted/declined on an individual basis.

  • Matching gifts

If your employer offers a matching gift program, you may be able to "double your dollars" to the campaign.  Contact your human resources department for pertinent information before you complete your pledge card.

  • Planned gifts

Designating the Chippewa River District Library in your estate planning through a bequest, a trust or other method is a wonderful way to support the ongoing funding needs of the library.  Contact Lise Mitchell, Library Director, for further information (lhmitch@crdl.org; 989-772-3488 x12)
